The VAPPS software has been developed by an industry leading transport event company and a global chauffeuring company. The combination of the two companies means that we understand car parking operations for events across the world. We have been able to combine planning knowledge with operational knowledge to develop software that is robust on the world stage.

The software is based on the London 2012 software which key members of the team were responsible for procuring while they worked for LOCOG. (London 2012 Organising Committee).

VAPPS enables you to manage vehicles associated with your event from booking / permit issue through to venue access, parking and vehicle departure. The software provides a ‘back-end’ database which can be integrated with your existing customer and financial software via API’s creating an integrated approach to vehicle access and management. This approach means that ‘single sign-on’ (SSO) can be achieved improving back office workflow and streamlining the customer journey.
